Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order until it has been processed or dispatched from our side by simply calling our customer care at +91 77-2600-2300 or writing to SafaPalace@gmail.com. Generally, dispatch happens the next day from the order date. Please cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it.

The order cannot be cancelled if you customize a product.

Returns Policy

We currently do not accept returns on any items. Due to the personalized nature of our products, including custom engraving and personalization services, all sales are final.
We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before completing their purchase.

We use a special transparent packaging for our products, allowing you to see the item inside. You can return the product by contacting us, as long as the transparent packaging has not been opened.

However, we do not accept returns if the transparent packaging is opened.

No returns on customized products.

No-Questions-Asked Returns

Returns will be accepted without any questions if you receive a:

• Damaged product inside the transparent packaging.
• Missing product in the transparent packaging.
• Different product in the transparent packaging.

Important Conditions for Returns

• No returns on products damaged or tampered with by the customer.
• No returns will be accepted if any part of the product is missing.
• No returns will be accepted after 1 days from delivery.

Before opting for a return, please click and send pictures of the product, and packaging to our customer care number: +91 77-2600-2300. its Mandatory to send package opening video before opting for a return.

Refund Process

The refund we will issue a upi or bank transfer for the refund amount.
